The AT&T National gets max coverage

CBS, the Golf Channel and CSN Mid – Atlantic will have the AT&T National all covered this week from what will be a steamy Congressional Country Club  in Bethesda, Maryland. As everyone knows Tiger Woods is not going to be defending his title due to an injury he picked up at the U.s. Open. However, Woods will be on hand to serve as a host with his charity Tiger Woods Foundation. Woods, as always will work with the military on a number of events around the Washington area.

The Golf Channel has the early round coverage starting Thursday and Friday 3 p.m. till 6 p.m. with CBS taking over the weekend coverage. The CBS Sports broadcasts third- and final-round coverage , on Saturday, 3:00-6:00 p.m., ET and Sunday, 3:00-6:30 p.m. ET.

CSN Mid Atlantic will provide daily post round coverage each evening at Live at the AT&T National Thursday through Saturday  6:30 p.m., with encores at 9 p.m. Then Sunday at 7 p.m. there be a live post tournament show.

Jim Nantz, now in his 28th year at CBS, serves as anchor of CBS Sports’ golf coverage. Sir Nick Faldo, winner of six major championships and more than 40 tournaments worldwide, serves as lead analyst. Ian Baker-Finch calls the action at the 17th hole and Gary McCord at the 16th hole.  David Feherty serves as on-course reporter.

This weekend at the AT&T National and for all PGA TOUR events this year, CBS Sports’ PGA TOUR coverage will be fully available through live streaming.  Visitors to CBSSports.com and PGATOUR.com will be directed to a co-branded video player to watch live streaming of Saturday’s and Sunday’s broadcasts. 

The live streaming also will be available on the CBS Sports app for the iPhone and iPad, as well as through the CBSSports.com mobile website (m.cbssports.com). The CBS Sports app for Android will feature video on demand.
